As Operations Manager, you'll oversee and optimize daily operations across all projects by supporting the executive team in strategic delivery, process implementation, and quality control. You'll drive consistency across construction operations, champion client satisfaction, and enable the team to efficiently deliver commercial builds from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Oversee all construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on all construction sites.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the operations team to achieve company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in construction management within the commercial construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
