Job Description

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Drive projects to completion on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • K-12 construction project experience
  • Ground up project experience
  • Construction Management or related degree preferred
  • Proven success leading a team
  • Sharp communication and written skills

What's on Offer



  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

    Bonuses & Allowances
    • Project based bonus structure
    • $800/month truck allowance + fuel card
    • $75/month phone allowance
