The Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects within the light industrial and self storage building industry. This role is based in Denver with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Ther is some light travel required to project sites outside of Colorado on a quarterly basis.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor budgets and control project costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
