Their 2025 goal is $325M in revenue, supported by a robust backlog and a growing team of dedicated professionals.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will lead complex ground-up construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction to closeout. The first project will involve managing the construction of a self-storage facility in Glendale, MD. This position requires expertise in site work, concrete slab construction, and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all phases of assigned ground-up construction projects.Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and design teams to ensure accurate planning and budgeting.Manage project schedules, subcontractor relationships, and site operations.Oversee site work and concrete slab construction processes.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements.Conduct regular site visits, both locally and occasionally out of state (1-2 trips per month).Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
