Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Rockville, MD

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex ground-up construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction to closeout. The first project will involve managing the construction of a self-storage facility in Glendale, MD. This position requires expertise in site work, concrete slab construction, and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of assigned ground-up construction projects.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and design teams to ensure accurate planning and budgeting.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractor relationships, and site operations.
• Oversee site work and concrete slab construction processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits, both locally and occasionally out of state (1-2 trips per month).
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
