Commercial Construction Sitework Project Manager - Holliston MA

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Working out of the office in Holliston, MA (site visits as needed)
• Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
• Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Assembling project teams, including Sitework Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Providing leadership, direction, and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project financials, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to the budget
• Preparing and reviewing project cost estimates, proposals, and change orders
• Identifying project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
• Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations
• Providing updates on project progress, milestones, and changes
• Establishing and enforcing quality control processes to ensure project specifications are met
• Conducting regular quality inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Promoting and enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance on-site
• Ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
• Preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management
