Sitework projects (excavation, foundation, earthwork, undergound utility, etc) typically between $1M-$5MThey focus on providing the highest quality of work and service to their clients - by providing a manageable workload to their staff, so employees can dedicate their time and efforts into each job that they work on.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:Working out of the office in Holliston, MA (site visits as needed)Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholdersDefining project objectives, scope, and deliverablesAssembling project teams, including Sitework Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliersProviding leadership, direction, and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycleMonitoring project financials, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to the budgetPreparing and reviewing project cost estimates, proposals, and change ordersIdentifying project risks and developing strategies to mitigate themProactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or budgetsMaintaining regular communication with clients to ensure alignment with project goals and expectationsProviding updates on project progress, milestones, and changesEstablishing and enforcing quality control processes to ensure project specifications are metConducting regular quality inspections and implementing corrective actions as neededPromoting and enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance on-siteEnsuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtainedMaintaining comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondencePreparing and presenting project status reports to senior managementMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
