Our client is a very reputable General Contractor in the Charlotte area. Serving the area for over 20 years, this company has developed great relationships with the local clients and trades in several key sectors (commercial, industrial, municipal, etc). The average tenure of team members is around 16 years - this is telling of their great culture and workplace atmosphere! Their projects are typically in the 5-20M range and include airport work, car dealerships, light industrial/manufacturing projects and more. With a strong pipeline of local work, this client is looking to bring in team members who are eager to further their career in the field! Job Description

The Commercial Construction Superintendent - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Working directly with the Project Manager on projects
  • Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management team
  • Tracking Daily Reports
  • Coordinating Subcontractors
  • Ensuring the Project is Being Completed According to Budget and Schedule

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Construction Superintendent - Charlotte will have the following experience:

  • 4+ Years of Combined Field Experience (Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent.
  • Experience Working on Ground-Up and/or Renovations Projects (ideally $10-20M)
  • Knowledge of Scheduling, Estimating, and Cost Principles.
  • Basic Knowledge of Project Management Software (ProCore, MS Project)
  • Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management Team
  • Tracking Daily Reports
  • Coordinating Subcontractors
