Commercial Construction Superintendent - NYC

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure project milestones are met within budget and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure quality standards and resolve any on-site issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain project schedules to avoid delays and meet client expectations.
• Conduct site inspections and manage documentation, providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
