With a little over 100 employees, 60 field staff and 5 Vice Presidents, the team is an incredibly tight knit group. They have secured an extensive pipeline of ground up, tenant improvement and remodel work. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.DescriptionSupervise the timely and cost effective installation of the contracted work of either 1) the total project or, due to size, scale and complexity, 2) a particular scope(s), subcontractor(s), or other portion(s) of the projectProvide on-the-job training opportunities for Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Project/Office Engineers. Encourages and/or participates in staff training and developmentDevelop a plan for sequence of work. Develop project schedule.
