Job Description



  • Project Management: Oversee all field operations for a commercial construction project in Mount Olive, NJ, from preconstruction through closeout.


  • Preconstruction: Actively participate in early-phase work including site investigation and minor tool use.


  • Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to ensure timely progress.


  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction drawings, and specifications.


  • Schedule Management: Lead daily site meetings, maintain project documentation, and report progress.


  • Documentation: Utilize Procore to manage documentation and communications.


  • Follow-Up Travel: Support potential follow-up projects statewide, with an emphasis on flexibility and travel.

The Successful Applicant



  • 3-5+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction, preferably with a focus on wood-frame structures.


  • Familiar with scheduling software, construction documentation, and building code compliance.


  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


  • Experience working for a general contractor or developer with high-volume residential projects is strongly preferred.


  • OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license required.


  • A hands-on, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow into a full Superintendent role.
