Job Description



  • Schedule Management: Oversee daily site operations and ensure work progresses according to plans and specifications


  • Documentation: Maintain daily reports, construction logs, and RFIs with strong written communication. Take daily progress photos. Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings


  • Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure trade alignment


  • Schedule Management: Provide updates to CPM scheduling consultants and assist in schedule tracking


  • Safety Compliance: Conduct toolbox talks and enforce jobsite safety practices


  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control standards


  • Team Leadership: Professionally interact with clients, subcontractors, and union representatives

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably with public sector and healthcare project experience


  • Ability to read and understand complex contract documents and blueprints


  • Proficient in written correspondence and experienced in construction documentation


  • Familiarity with CPM schedules and Microsoft Excel


  • Background in masonry or carpentry is highly preferred


  • Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills


  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site enforcement
