Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project workflows.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
