Known for delivering some of Ohio's most high-profile projects, they offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where employee success is a top priority.Each project is staffed with a full team including an Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, ensuring robust support and resources to deliver projects on time and under budget.Job Description Commercial Superintendent Responsibilities:Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors in alignment with the main office.Schedule and oversee agency inspections to ensure compliance.Interpret and apply architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.Review shop drawings and reports from testing and inspection agencies; prepare and track RFIs.Complete daily reports and capture progress photographs.Utilize computer systems (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage PDF documents efficiently.Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve conflicts and drive solutions.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, enforcing safety standards consistently.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
