Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects are progressing efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
