Commercial Constructon Assistant Project Manager

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
• Support the project manager in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones and developments.
