- Looking to add a Commercial Counsel to their Legal Team
About Our Client
My client is a fast growing Global Technology Service provider that builds digital products and platforms. Over the last 8 years, the company has more than tripled in size, and had record breaking 2020 & 2021 fiscal years. With 5 offices globally, they are currently looking to add an additional Commercial Counsel to their Legal Team (this role can sit anywhere in the U.S).

Description
The Commercial Counsel will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal clients
- Providing strategic and commercial approach to drive go to market commercial transactions to closure
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating all GTM (go to market) related agreements - including but not limited to: MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
- Tracking and ensuring compliance
- Identifying and implementing contract-related process improvements to improve efficiency
- Create, maintain and update (as necessary) GTM templates
The Successful Applicant
In House Commercial Counsel candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Law Degree from U.S accredited university
- 10+ years of substantial professional experience
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements
- Ability to take on a strategic and business oriented approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
