This organization has delivered over 1,100 projects across the Southeast, totaling more than 80 million square feet, and is recognized for its design‑build expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to safety and client satisfaction.Job DescriptionDevelop detailed cost estimates for light industrial and commercial projects, including conceptual, schematic, and design‑development phases.Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and pricing.Collaborate with design‑build partners to support value engineering and cost‑saving solutions.Prepare quantity takeoffs, subcontractor solicitations, bid comparisons, and proposal packages.Participate in preconstruction planning, scheduling input, and constructability reviews.Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners.Support project teams through handoff, budget validation, and early procurement.Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating tools, processes, and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
