Job Description

  • Managing corporate interior fit-outs across Manhattan, from law firms to executive offices.
  • Handling estimating, contract negotiation, and bid development.
  • Developing client relationships through networking and business development.
  • Leading subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality execution.

  • A motivated PM with 5-10 years of experience in corporate interiors.

  • Background in estimating, scheduling, and contract negotiation is a must.
