Commercial K12 Superintendent - Denver CO

• Manage all aspects of construction projects for K12 facilities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards throughout all phases.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve construction challenges efficiently to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and construction industry regulations.
