Job Description

  • Manage lifesciences construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Address project challenges and implement solutions proactively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Lifesciences Project Manager should have:

  • 7-1o years proven construction experience, 3-5 years LIFESCIENCE EXPERIENCE A MUST
  • Strong knowledge of lifesciences construction projects and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software-procore, autocad, bluebeam, projects, buildertrend
  • OSHA 30 required
  • A results-driven, attention to detail, organized go getter
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required.
