Commercial Litigation Associate

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients on complex business disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective case management.
• Analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting commercial litigation.
• Assist in developing case strategies and preparing for trial when necessary.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
