Commercial Project Manager - Bay Area

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for construction activities.
• Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for all team members.
