Commercial Project Manager - Charlotte

• Manage multiple commercial retail projects valued at $5MM+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor teams of APMs and Superintendents across active job sites.
• Oversee ground‑up, tenant improvement, remodel, and new/rehab restaurant construction projects.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize Procore and ideally P6 for scheduling, reporting, and project documentation.
• Initially oversee three ground‑up Chase Banks or tilt‑up industrial projects.
