Job Description
- Complete assigned projects in a timely matter according to the schedule
- Manage cost changes, track change order requests, and manage the budget for assigned projects
- Maintain proper safety standards
- Clearly communicate with superintendent and site operations team
- Manage scheduling, maintain project control, and establish project logistics

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in supervising construction projects of varying complexity
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to lead by example in a highly collaborative team environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
