Job Description

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Portland Maine Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical management to commercial projects
  • Collaborate with Architect team and Project Management Team
  • Manage client relations
  • Cost reporting, forecasting, owner requisitions, and subcontractor invoices and changes
  • Oversee carpentry team
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time & within budget

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Portland Maine Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • OSHA 30
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to read & interpret drawings and specifications
  • Strong technical skills - Procore is a plus
