Commercial Superintendent - Colorado Springs

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control evaluations to ensure the delivery of high-quality construction.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Handle onsite project administration tasks.
