• Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce site safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports and schedules.
• Support the project team in achieving client satisfaction through effective management and communication.
