Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain a productive and collaborative working environment.

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
