Commercial Superintendent- San Francisco Bay

• Leads construction process with Project Managers, including reviewing project plans and specifications
• Manages job site preparation and posting all safety and compliance postings as required.
• Manages and oversees subcontractors; maintains construction schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Manages all on-site labor by maintaining daily time sheets and break compliance
• Communicates clearly with the project team and submits all necessary forms
• Prepares and issues daily project update subtitles management.
• Develops and maintains on-site relationships with clients, facility representatives, subcontractors, nearby businesses, and city officials int he San Francisco Bay Area
• Ensures quality control for daily work on the project.
