Commercial Superintendent - Tulsa, OK

• Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards on-site.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
