Commercial Superintendent

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
