Commercial Superintendent/Project Manager

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and completed as required.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote clear communication across all parties.
