Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial and multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and compliance with project specifications.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
