Compare internal pay scales with external market data to identify trends, ensure equity, and recommend adjustments as necessary.Salary Survey Participation: Participate in relevant salary surveys and provide insights into compensation trends within the industry.Pay Structure Design: Assist in the creation and implementation of salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation policies that align with business objectives and industry standards.Job Evaluations: Perform job evaluations and assess job descriptions to ensure proper classification and alignment with compensation guidelines.Data Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and analyze compensation data reports, tracking trends and variances, and making recommendations to senior leadership.Compliance & Regulation: Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local wage laws, including FLSA regulations, equal pay laws, and other relevant compliance requirements.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements related to compensation administration, and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and tools.Employee Communication: Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation programs and policies.
