They're recognized for their strong culture, long-term project backlog, and ability to execute full lifecycle solutions from design through construction and startup.Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and execute construction completions and commissioning activities for assigned projectsTrack completion status, testing progress, and verification documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirementsReview contracts and technical specifications to identify completion and commissioning requirements and support compliance auditsDefine and manage system boundaries, turnover scopes, and turnover packages for project handoffDevelop and maintain completion tracking tools, reports, and documentation; ensure field teams are aligned with processes and systemsCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors to support commissioning, startup, and testing activitiesSupport or lead the development and execution of commissioning and startup plansPerform inspections and system verifications, including acceptance or rejection based on completion criteriaSupport checkout, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities by resolving field issues and ensuring readinessMaintain accurate and complete project documentation for reporting, recordkeeping, and turnover requirementsInterface with project management, construction leadership, and clients to communicate status, risks, and next stepsMentor junior staff and support team development where applicableAssist with proposals and planning efforts related to completions and commissioningAdhere to all safety standards, procedures, and company policiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
