Job Description

  • Provide guidance to firm personnel in accordance to current state and federal securities rules and regulations.
  • Partake in compliance testing.
  • Analyze and approve several employee requests for political contributions and gifts and entertainment.
  • Support the Human Resources Department in new hire registration in relation to political activities.
  • Preform monitoring and testing on a variety of business activities.
  • Partake in the completion of certifications for various city/state wide retirement systems and conduct the necessary fillings.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4 or more years of investment advisory compliance experience.
  • Current working knowledge of political contribution pay to plays, Taft Hartley/ERISA and other similar regulations.
  • Bachelors degree; Law degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team that involves business and support functions.
