If interested, please read on and apply to the Compliance & Security Officer - Manufacturing job based in a Boston Suburb on the North Shore.Job DescriptionThe Compliance & Security Officer - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:Assist in maintaining compliance with federal security regulations, including NISPOM, ICD, and DoD 5205.07 Manuals.Manage and process facility and personnel security clearances, access requests, and visit authorizations.Conduct security training, awareness programs, and employee briefings on compliance procedures.Support investigations, audits, and inquiries from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).Develop and update security policies, procedures, and classification guidance for employees.Respond to security incidents, off-hour alarms, and ensure the protection of classified information.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
