Their key responsibilities include:1. Project Oversight: Manages all aspects of on-site concrete operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensures the work aligns with project specifications, blueprints, and deadlines.2. Crew Supervision: Leads and directs concrete crews and subcontractors. Assigns tasks, monitors productivity, and ensures quality and safety standards are met on the job site.3. Quality Control: Oversees the installation of formwork, reinforcement, placement, finishing, and curing of concrete. Ensures all work meets engineering specifications and industry standards.4. Safety Compliance: Enforces strict safety protocols and conducts regular site inspections to minimize hazards and maintain OSHA compliance.5. Coordination & Communication: Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow. Communicates daily progress, issues, and needs to leadership and stakeholders.6. Material & Equipment Management: Coordinates delivery and use of concrete, tools, and machinery.
