Instill this in your crew.Organize and oversee field labor to ensure strict adherence to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.Ensure execution of work within the project's budget in terms of manpower, production, and material expenditures.Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines, hazard awareness, and solutions.Ensure strict compliance with contract documents and quality control programs.Conducting and/or attending pre-construction, progress, and other project meetings.Always look out for the best interests of Spence Brothers and its employees.Manage project changes. Ensure the most up-to-date contract documents are being used. Prevent re-work and "not-in-contract" work.Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestone dates, productivity and overall completion dates are met.Manage and look-ahead no less than three weeks to proactively identify issues and facilitate solutions.Coordination of work alongside other subcontractors to ensure a safe, productive and organized execution of work.Accurately tracking and reporting the time of manpower responsible to oversee.Coded time, material, equipment, and subcontractor-billing for proper job costing.Ensure strict adherence to proper safety and incident reporting procedures, immediately reporting problems/issues to the attention of the Safety Director.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
