Job DescriptionThe Construction Administrator's key responsibilities and duties include:Review documents for constructability and coordination issuesAssist the Design Team with value engineering/cost saving recommendationsConduct or assist PA with pre-bid conferenceReview contractor's Construction Schedule with PAPrepare construction administration related paperwork including, but not limited to, Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASI); Response to Request for Information (RRFI); Proposal Requests (PR); Response to Change Order Proposal (RCOP); Construction Change Directives (CCD)Problem solve, communicate, and coordinate any issues during construction administration with Project Team members as requiredMonitor and track turn-around time of submittals, RFI's, PCO's, etc.Review submittals and shop drawingsConstruction site observation; prepare field observation reports, as requiredAttend Building Committee/Owner meetings when requiredAssist PA with project closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
