Our GC client is immediately looking for experienced APM, PM, & SPM professionals to reinforce their team for upcoming Ground Up projects in pharmaceutical, research facility, and food & beverage manufacturing facilities.A minimum of 3 years experience is required along with the ability to travel nationwide.First project is an $80M f/b project in North Carolina for a nationwide food brand.

Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in this sector.
  • Able to work on-site M-F to manage design and construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
  • Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction
  • Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually

The Successful Applicant

  • Ground up experience required.
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
