About Our Client

Founded in 1991, my client has grown from a niche focus in elevator modernization and life safety into a diversified general contractor delivering commercial renovations and ground-up projects up to $15M. With offices in Maryland and Florida, they self-perform the majority of their work and manage projects primarily within the Beltway, with a strong presence in Downtown DC.

The business has experienced rapid growth, scaling from $30M in 2021 to $80M in 2024, with a strategic plan to reach $150M over the next 5 years. A new Vice President of Construction-hired from top-tier GCs-has driven a cultural transformation marked by zero turnover since 2022, clear growth pathways, and a renewed commitment to operational excellence. This is a pivotal moment to join a company ascending quickly.
