Job Description

  • Assist in the full project lifecycle, from planning to closeout.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Utilize Procore and PlanGrid for project tracking and document control.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and project teams.
  • Contribute ideas and problem-solving strategies in a supportive environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of APM or Junior PM experience in commercial interiors.
  • NYC project experience with a background in general contracting.
  • Engineering or architecture degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Procore and PlanGrid.
  • Professional, polished, and confident in client-facing interactions.
