Job Description

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support the project manager in coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and materials.
  • Maintain project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Monitor schedules and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in ensuring safety protocols are followed and compliance with local regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or healthcare projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage project schedules effectively.
  • A strong desire to grow professionally and take on more leadership responsibilities over time.
