Job Description

  • Support PMs on high‑end commercial interiors projects (office, retail, restaurants).
  • Coordinate documentation, scheduling, and subcontractor communication.
  • Assist with running select smaller projects where capable.
  • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and progress reporting.
  • Use project‑related software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam, MS Office).

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in construction with experience on commercial interiors; bilingual a plus.
  • Started career in architecture; strong understanding of drawings and technical detail.
  • Confident communicator able to interface with sophisticated corporate clients.
  • Ready for greater responsibility and growth; local or willing to relocate to South Florida.
