Job Description

    • Assist with managing commercial interior fit‑out projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, track submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation.
    • Support scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking activities to ensure smooth project progress.
    • Work between office and job sites, interfacing directly with clients, design teams, and subcontractor partners.
    • Utilize Procore and PlanGrid (preferred) to manage project workflows and communication.
    • Assist in ensuring adherence to safety standards, contract requirements, and project timelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2-4+ years of experience in commercial interiors construction-required.
    • Professional, polished, and client‑facing with strong communication and organizational abilities.
    • Experienced in dealing with subcontractors and managing submittals, RFIs, schedules, and project documentation.
    • Proficiency with Procore and PlanGrid is preferred.
    • A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
