Job Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in procurement and contract administration tasks.
  • Participate in regular site meetings to discuss project updates and address challenges.
  • Conduct inspections and provide input on resolving construction-related issues.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
