Job Description

  • Evaluate drawings and specifications to ensure the project / assigned scope is meets contractual obligations
  • Create, maintain, and execute safety protocol
  • Create and maintain the Crisis Management Plan
  • Manage Labor Production and other Daily Reports
  • Create, maintain, and execute the Site Utilization, Logistics, and Phasing Plans
  • Establish, communicate, and implement the schedule for assigned area of responsibility with the ability to monitor and update schedules for progress
  • Set priorities, pre-plan activities, and communicate expectations with field employees and/or subcontractors
  • Supervise craft field employees or subcontractors to achieve schedule, profit, productivity, quality, and safety objectives
  • Perform field engineering functions when needed
  • Analyze construction problems and develop practical alternative solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Strong background in Construction, specifically Education OR Municipal
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The desire to grow their career professionally
