Job Description

Construction Assistant Superintendent - Manhattan, NY

    • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily on‑site construction activities for commercial interior projects.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, monitor manpower, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
    • Support site logistics, material deliveries, inspections, and punch list activities.
    • Enforce job site safety standards and company quality control procedures.
    • Communicate with project management, design teams, and client representatives to ensure smooth field operations.
    • Assist in maintaining daily reports, schedules, and site documentation.
