Construction Assistant Superintendent in Miami, FL

• Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to report progress and address challenges.
• Help maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts to overcome project obstacles effectively.
