Construction Assistant Superintendent

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on the construction site.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to avoid delays or overruns.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and challenges.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards and specifications.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on project progress and site conditions.
